PASSING OF A GRAND LADY
The death of a foundation is, well, never easy: Welladays Basic Instinct (Stone) died last Friday (Feb 17) at the age of 13 years.
We are so sorry for this beautiful female, 13 years ago we bought her from Marie Louise from the Welladays Kennel, Stone was the beginning of our kennel.
Her first litter was with I am Gonna Do My Best from Brimwaja Lodge, he was a male bred by Marc and Jaap, he was 100% Topjoys, a very nice male, she had 7 pups, we kept two of them, Birthday Surprise, Harry, and Surprise Party, Sally.
The second litter for Stone was with a male bred by Ira Sarlin, we got two pups, Wymeswold Bonnie and Wymeswold Clyde Doodles, we kept Bonnie and co-own Doodles. Her third litter was the same sire, she had one pup, Wymeswold Sans Famille (Remie), again we keep the pup. These litters are the beginning of our Wymeswold kennel, so Stone we are so proud of you! We want to thank Johan and Peter who have taken care of Stone these last couple of years. She was the queen in the house! Marie Louise thank you for this great dog.

RESCUE
Clumbers do, and as such that reflects on their immediate owners and often on the person who placed the owner with the ‘surrendering’ (or dumping!) owner, end up in rescue, but sometime the breed is incorrectly identified like this poor dog.
