Runner Up Best in Show Teniswood's Ch Erinveine Vide et Crede
Our Championship show attracted 17 entries, which is consistent with the entries fro the past five championship shows. We would welcome more entries, and strive to accommodate the busy lifestyles of Clumber owners across Australia by moving the show each year - always in the cool months of April to October to allow safe road travel without excessive heat. We also choose to exhibit at the state's best grounds with fabulous lawns and a superb indoor complex, as well as contract overseas judges.

| Our judge in 2009, Mrs Liz Cartledge of the UK, chose our older dogs for her top awards, and commented on the amazing quality throughout the albeit small entry.
Mrs Cartledge donated a limited edition print from her own collection for Best in Show.
The day was hot and humid, and while we had planned to judge on the lawn, the rain put paid to that idea (one year we will get out for judging on the lawn!). Our steward kept the dogs to hand, and the photographer was prompt and courteous in executing that job, our videographer was even more discrete!
After a superb lunch prepared on behalf of the club, and the 'thank you' presentations, most exhibitors obliged with running their dogs in a sweepstake for a trainee judge - a rare opportunity which was greatly appreciated. And this time on the lawn!
We were delighted to welcome exhibitors from across Australia with two exhibitors from New South Wales, two from South Australia, one from Tasmania, and three from Victoria.
Due to conducting the show on a Friday we had no junior handlers this year; but at least by choosing Friday we had a more relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space - the shows on the subsequent days have proven to be a bit more flustered and the facilities congested.
