description:   A Clumber working ground scent works calmly and methodically and can come so close to the game before the game departs/flushes.

materials:   Arches Hot Pressed 100% Cotton Paper no white paint was used
M Grahams watercolors
no white paint was used

inspiration:   I was inspired by ... dogs being able to do what their breed was developed for, and this is so also true for the Clumber Spaniel. The Clumber is a field working spaniel, and this painting shows how even a diligent worker that concentrates on a scent can come so close to the game without flushing it.
